- During the workshop portion you will produce 2 of the 3 levels of your plan with help from Bob and other CEOs on your team who can add fresh perspective and experience
- Learn the four management systems you need to follow-up and to execute a strategic plan well
- Monthly and quarterly milestones and check-ups for adjustment
- Vent your plan with the input of a top strategy facilitator with 18 years as a CEO and facilitator
- You will recieve a complete manual and CD-ROM with all the forms, templates and slides to walk you through this process each time and get all updates published in the next year free that will add additional material
- Adjust your planning and management style to be appropriate for the development stage of your company
